Scientific Speakers – Hotel Information

Hotel accommodations for only Scientific Speakers are funded by the UW and MPIC Sponsors.

A block of rooms have been reserved for Sunday, May 15^th & Monday, May 16^th for all MPIC Scientific Speakers at the Best Western Plus InnTowner & the Highland Club (2424 University Ave., Madison, WI 53726). You will need to contact the Best Western Plus at (608) 233-8778 to reserve your room under the group code “MPIC” but you DO NOT need to present any payment information. Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a credit card to pay for any incidentals during your stay as the University will not reimburse for these charges. Breakfast is complimentary at the hotel. The hotel may provide shuttle service to/from the airport. If the shuttle is unavailable, the UW Carbone Cancer will pay towards the cost of the taxi/shuttle service per the UW Travel Reimbursement policy. This hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from the hotel to the consortium venue; the UW Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC).
